Sat., April 19, May 3, May 17 (9am - noon) Tuesday, April 22 and May 6 (6 - 8pm)

Player Registation fees

- flag registration - $230
- tackle registration - $280
- cheer registration - $185 (this included one day of cheer camp) Uniform extra

Physical (physicals are not due the day of registration )

1. Original birth certificate OR current Passport, plus 2 copies to be kept by association
2. Picture (1 x 1 head shot)
3. Proof or residency (2 different types, one copy each to be kept by association)
4. Registration Fees (cash check or money order payable to EBYFC)
5. Registration forms (registration checklist, refund policy, 3 copies player contract)
* Parent/legal guardian AND player/cheerleader must attend registration. *

"ATTENTION PARENTS - YOUR CHILD IS NOT REGISTERED AT THIS TIME. For complete registration, you must bring these forms and registration fees to one of the registration dates. Child and parent/legal guardian must attend registration. NO CHILD will be placed on a team until all paperwork and fees are received."
